During 2005, Grupo Sirenis, one of the biggest and most important hotel manager companies in Ibiza, started a tourism development in the Costa Rican Project Polo Turísitco Papagayo in Guanacaste. FSV is representing Grupo Sirenis in this important tourist project.

Project Polo Turísitco Papagayo was created during the 1970's as a governmental initiative oriented to promote tourism development in the country by means of an efficient and suitable interaction between the public and private investment.

In January 2006 the negotiations were closed and during the month of May the company obtained the approval and authorization of the Costa Rican Tourism Institute to initiate the construction works as soon as the governmental permits are obtained.
