SAN JOSÉ - CALDERA HIGHWAY ASSIGNMENT CONTRACT
On March 2006, the Costa Rican-Argentinean partnership Cartellone-Acosol and the Canadian corporation SNC-Lavalin assigned the concession contract for the construction of the new road San José-Caldera, which main objective is to reduce in half an hour the traveling time between the Central Valley and the Pacific Zone.
The Concessions' National Council and the Ministry of Public Works and Transportation executed a new agreement with the international partnership Autopistas del Sol, S.A., constituted by the corporations FCC Construcción, Itenere Infraestructuras, Soares Da Costa Concessões and Corporación M&S Internacional.
Feinzaig, Scharf & van der Putten has advised the assigner group since the award of the project in 2001 and through out the recent assignment of the project.
